There is no minimum order quantity. You can order as few as 1 item or as many as you need. We're happy to help with individual orders, small batches, and large bulk runs.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush processing (3–5 business days) for an additional 15% fee. Contact us if you have a tight deadline — we'll do our best to accommodate.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For the best print quality, we recommend using high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) in vector format (SVG, AI, or EPS). If you're not sure about your file, just upload it and we'll review it for you.

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. We'll provide a complete quote including shipping before you confirm your order.

Absolutely! Our design service is available for $25 per design. Simply describe what you'd like, and our team will create a custom proof for you. You'll get to review and approve the design before we print anything. We also offer free design reviews if you have an existing design that needs minor adjustments.

We use a variety of professional printing methods depending on your design and order:

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) — Great for complex, multi-colour designs
  • Screen Printing — Ideal for larger orders with bold, vibrant colours
  • Heat Transfer / Vinyl — Perfect for names, numbers, and simple graphics
  • Embroidery — Premium stitched finish for logos and text
